The Netflix Gods are at it again with all these treats for us! The only thing that could make August any better would be if the sun would stay out for longer than the occasional day but that’s very doubtful in the UK, so instead let’s just focus on the joy that these new releases will bring…

Get the tissues ready and a big box of ice-cream and maybe go give your Mum an appreciation hug afterwards.

Join Sam and the others back on campus at the problematic Ivy League of Winchester University. This series is informative, raises poignant issues about racial dynamics and full to the brim of incredibly talented actors.

The Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling are back at long last and this time they are taking on the world of Las Vegas! The antics can only get wilder and I’m not just talking about the stunts inside the wrestling ring.

In the Shadow of the Moon

Information about this upcoming political thriller film has remained tightly sealed. We’re not entirely sure what to expect other than knowing that they’ve pulled together a pretty strong cast including Michael C. Hall and Boyd Holbrook. Perhaps the mystery surrounding this film is all part of the experience as the director, Jim Mickle only reveal is that ‘the script is such a great mind-bender’.

Mindhunter – Season 2

Our favourite criminal psychology show is back for round two! Mindhunter explores the early days of FBI profiling and applying criminal psychology to solve real cases. All we know about season 2 is that it will cover the Atlanta child murders of the late 1970’s/1980’s and feature the infamous Charles Manson.
