Get fit and have fun with Tough Mudder mud runs

Looking for a new fitness challenge for you and your friends in 2020? Tough Mudder obstacle courses and mud runs take place all across the UK.

Each event varies in difficulty and involves a variety of different obstacles designed to put your teamwork skills to the test.

What is Tough Mudder?

The classic Tough Mudder run:

• includes 25 obstacles
• is 8 to 10 miles long
• will take you out of your comfort zone
• pushes you to the limits
• involves lots of mud—so be prepared to get messy!

After you’ve been pushed to the limits and finally crossed the finish line, you’ll be rewarded with a finisher t-shirt, headband and a pint of beer at the Mudder Village. There’ll also be some action photos (sure to be your next profile picture) and a variety of street food to chow down on.

Feel like you’re not fit enough?

Fear not, Tough Mudder have different events such as the Tough Mudder 5K which you don’t need to train for. All the obstacles are designed to be tackled as a team. But if you do want to give yourself a head start, Tough Mudder have training guides to help you.
