We Love Green is as forward-thinking as festivals come. As the name might suggest, they’re all about eco-conscious living and so We Love Green works hard every year to promote progressive ethics and environmental responsibility. It’s not all so serious though, it’s also about good music and good times, which is why they’ve boasted a brilliant line-up for this year, including Booba, Christine and the Queens, FKA Twigs, Future, Kali Uchis, Metronomy, Rosalía and Tame Impala.

Meadows In The Mountain
Visit ‘where the land touches the sky and the sun cuddles nature’ for an extraordinary festival experience. There are four stages in total with completely different atmospheres to accommodate for the variety of music and performances. There is also a designated wellbeing area to meet all your needs. This includes workshops that vary from plant-based medicine to tarot and Ayurveda. Northside
Winner of the 2018 Best Medium-Sized Festival at the European Festival Awards, it’s very clear that Northside has come a long way since it’s early days as a one-day, five-acts festival. NOS Primavera Sound
This is Barcelona Primavera’s little sister festival in Portugal, although as each year goes by it sure grows up fast! What started in 2011 is not what you’ll find in 2019 as it is now one of the most anticipated festivals in Portugal for pulling together a top-notch line-up. Summerburst: Göteborg
Summerburst in Gothenburg is one of Sweden’s most famous annual festivals and has gained quite the reputation for creating a memorable weekend. After many successful years, the music curators at Summerburst have become renowned for bringing some of the best electronic music to the stage. This year they’ve invited Will Sparks, Tiësto and Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike to headline. Bergenfest
As the largest music festival in Western Norway, Bergenfest holds itself up as a huge celebration of both international and Norwegian music. Graspop Metal Meeting
Graspop is a heavy metal festival in Belgium that has been going strong since 1996. The festival has seen a continuous rise in attendance, with around 152,000 people turning up in the most recent years. As the festival grows so does their impressive international line-up which is spread across five stages: two main stages, a marquee, metal dome and the jupiler stage. This year’s headliners include Slayer, Within Temptation, Def Leppard, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Slipknot, Sabaton and KISS.

The biggest and arguably, most extravagant metal festival in Europe has returned yet again to maintain its position at the top! Secret Solstice, also known as the ‘Midnight Sun’ is easily one of the most scenic festivals in the world. Denmark’s forest festival will be celebrating its fifth year and to do so they’ve secured some big international names to join the party, including Miley Cyrus, Billie Eilish, Swedish House Mafia, Lana Del Rey, A$AP Rocky, Diplo, Macklemore, Sheryl Crow, Sigrid, LOC, Duran Duran, Eric Prydz, The Lumineers and The Chainsmokers. The worldwide Lollapalooza festival has added another destination to 2019— Stockholm! Lucca Summer Festival

Montreux Jazz Festival
It’s been 53 years since Montreux Jazz Festival began and in that time the festival has created an impressive legacy as the world’s second largest jazz festival. This year all the performances will take place across various venues on the beautiful shoreline of Lake Geneva! Awakenings
More than 100 techno artists will be hitting the stage at Amsterdam’s huge summer festival, Awakenings. Main Square Festival
Founded in 2004, Main Square Festival takes place every summer in the Citadel of Arras (France), a magnificent and historical area included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. Each year, it gathers an audience of 120,000 people for three days in the festival grounds located in the heart of the city. For the 15th edition, 47 bands will be taking over the Citadel including DJ Snake, Christine and the Queens, Macklemore and Martin Garrix.

RFM Somnii is an electronic dance music festival on the beach in the central region of Portugal. Since 2012, RFM Somnii has been heating up the summer with their line-up of the best and biggest names in dance music. Afropunk Paris is in a new venue for its fifth edition: La Seine Musicale. More than a festival, it’s a real experience shared with a constantly growing and eclectic crowd. Fresh Island Festival

Colours of Ostrava
Colours of Ostrava is a big international festival that attracts culture and music-lovers from near and far. Last year’s festival offered over 350 programme items, across 21 outdoor and indoor stages. Electric Castle
